Everything we bake is eggless

AVS Bakery is a 100% eggless, vegetarian kitchen. We do not run an egg-based range alongside it, so there is nothing to mix up.

Allergens

Our cakes contain milk and milk products, wheat (gluten), and soya. Many contain tree nuts. All of them are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat and dairy every single day.

We cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of an allergen, however carefully we prepare it. If someone eating the cake has a serious allergy, please tell us before you order — and if the allergy is severe, please do not rely on our kitchen.

Ingredient lists on the product page are accurate for the recipe as we bake it. Decorations, toppers and printed images may carry their own ingredients; ask us if it matters.

Storing your cake

Refrigerate the cake as soon as it reaches you, and keep it refrigerated until roughly half an hour before you serve it. Cream cakes will not survive an afternoon on a table in this climate.

Eat it within 24 hours of delivery. Beyond that we cannot vouch for it, and our responsibility for it ends.

Handle the box flat and level. A cake that has travelled on its side, or been moved again after delivery, cannot be assessed as a delivery fault.

Inedible parts

Toppers, candles, supports, dowels and decorative accessories are not food. Remove them before serving, and keep them away from small children.

Fresh flowers, where used, are decorative only and should not be eaten.
