- How do I place an order?
- Open any cake on the site and tap the WhatsApp button — the message arrives with the cake, flavour and size already filled in. Add your date, time and address, and we'll reply with availability and the final price. You can also call us on +919709170270 or walk into the shop.
- Do I have to pay before you confirm?
- No. We confirm availability, price and the delivery slot on WhatsApp first. Nothing is charged until you've agreed to all three.
- Which areas do you deliver to?
- Ramgarh and Ramgarh Cantt. If you're just outside that, message us — we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you rather than take the order and hope.
- How much notice do you need?
- Cakes listed on the site usually need only a few hours. Custom designs, tiered cakes and large orders need longer, and weekends and festival dates fill up faster. Message us with your date and we'll give you a straight answer.
- Are all your cakes really eggless?
- Yes — every cake we bake is 100% eggless and vegetarian. We don't run a separate egg-based range, so there is nothing to mix up.
- Can you make a cake from a photo or design I send?
- Usually. Send the reference picture on WhatsApp with your date, size and flavour. We'll tell you what we can match, what we'd do differently, and what it costs before you commit.
- What sizes and prices do you offer?
- Prices depend on the flavour and size — each cake page shows its own price for every combination. Browse the full range on the All Cakes page, or ask us on WhatsApp if you're not sure what size suits your number of guests.
- Can I collect the cake myself instead of having it delivered?
- Yes, and it's often quicker if you're nearby. We're at Bazar Tand, near Sidhu Kanhu Ground, Ramgarh Cantt, Jharkhand 829122 — Open daily · 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
- What if I need to change or cancel an order?
- App orders can be cancelled free of charge until 2 hours before your delivery slot, as long as we haven't started baking. Personalised cakes — a photo, a printed name — can't be cancelled once we've confirmed them, because they can't be sold to anyone else. Inside those windows, message us as early as you can and we'll do what we can.
- Do you accept returns or give refunds?
- No. Cakes are fresh, perishable food baked to your order, so nothing can come back to us once it's delivered. Please check your order at the door. If something is genuinely wrong with what we sent, report it within 24 hours with photos and we'll put it right with store credit where the fault is ours — the full rules are in our returns and cancellation policy.
- Do you take orders for weddings and large events?
- Yes — tiered wedding cakes and large-order celebrations are part of what we do. These need planning time, so message us with your date well ahead and we'll work through the design with you.
