Every cake we bake is 100% eggless and vegetarian — we don't run a separate egg-based range, so there is nothing to mix up on a busy morning. The whole class can eat the same cake.

Getting the party timing right

Cartoon and sculpted cakes need a day or more; photo cakes need the picture sent early enough to print; name cakes and standard flavours are comfortable on shorter notice. Weekends and festival dates fill up first.
